Director: Jenny R. Snapp

Jenny Snapp is the Director of the Logan-Union-Champaign (LUC) Regional Planning Commission. She has been with LUC for since 2002. Jenny received her Master of Arts from the University of Toledo in Geography and Regional Planning and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations also from the University of Toledo. She was previously employed in economic development and site selection for 10 counties in northwest Ohio at the Toledo Area Regional Growth Partnership. She is the President of the County Planning Director’s Association of Ohio, a member of the Ohio Planning Conference and serves as advisor to the Logan County Land Trust. She is also a member of the Ohio Department of Transportation’s 21st Century Transportation Task Force and serves as Vice-Chair of the “Maximizing Public Investment” Sub-Committee of the ODOT Task Force under State Treasurer Richard Cordray. Jenny is originally from the Indian Lake area of Logan County. She is married and lives in Powell.

Planner: Weston R. Dodds

Weston Dodds is a Planner/Website Adminstrator with the Logan-Union-Champaign (LUC) Regional Planning Commission. Weston was hired on in December of 2005 part time at LUC Regional Plannning, and put on staff full time in January of 2007. Weston is currently in charge of administering the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for Champaign and Union Counties. Weston also works regularly with the GIS system and maintenance of the LUC website.
Weston is a 2002 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School. During his free time, Weston enjoys playing golf and bowling. Wes and his wife reside outside of Bellefontaine.

Planner: Kyle M. Hanigosky

Kyle Hanigosky is a Planner from the Cincinnati area and was hired onto LUC in April 2008. Kyle graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from the school of Design Architecture Art and Planning (DAAP). Kyle’s tasks include subdivisions and zoning for Logan, Union, and Champaign Counties, with emphasis in Union County. He also works with the GIS Mapping software.
Kyle currently lives in Dublin and enjoys lifting weights, playing sports, music, and spending time with family and friends.

Office Manager/Fair Housing Cordinator: Heather D. Martin

Heather Martin is the Office Manager/Fair Housing Coordinator of the Logan-Union-Champaign (LUC) Regional Planning Commission. She has been with LUC since 2008. She was previously employed with Adriel, a not for profit organization providing foster care and group homes to Ohio’s children as the Admission Coordinator. Heather is from the Indian Lake area of Logan County. She is married with two children and lives in Huntsville.
