Public Notice
The Miami Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on an application for a conditional use on the 30th day of October, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Miami Township building located at 112 Jefferson Street, Quincy, OH, 43343.
The application, applied for by Kyle and Kimberly Williams, requests that a conditional use be granted for the following property located in the U-1 district to permit Recreational Vehicles as specified in Section 1007 of the Miami Township Zoning Resolution. The proposed recreational vehicle use is intended to allow the property owners to live in their 5th-wheel camper while their new home is being built.
