Public Notice
The Miami Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on an application for a conditional use on the 30th day of March, 2026 at 7 p.m. at the Miami Township building located at 112 Jefferson Street, Quincy, OH, 43343.
The application, applied for by Karen and Mark Morris request that a conditional use be granted for the following property located in the U-1 district to permit conventional type retail as the use of the property. The proposed conventional type retail use is a bait shop.
