Public Notice
Monroe Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a meeting on August 3, 2026 at 7:00 pm. Location is Monroe Township Hall 6395 CR 29, West Liberty, Ohio 43357. The purpose of the meeting is to grant a variance to Michael Rhoades. Mr. Rhoades is asking for a variance to parcel a section of tract 28-148-00-00-001-000 located on SR 287. The property does not meet the 3-1 requirement.
